Packaging Materials Inventory

This module allows control of the packaging materials inventory from initial vendor orders through final production. The system allows the entry of a multi-layer bill of materials that includes packaging, wine, labor, overhead, and any additional production costs. The system generates pick tickets based on production schedules, and relieves materials at standard or actual. This component also generates the cost of goods bottled for the General Ledger as well as a rolled up standard cost for the cost of sales and product costing.

The system may be operated as a locator-based system.
