The Bottlesoft system provides a location-based method of managing the receipt, storage and shipment of your products. With interactive preparation of pick tickets and bills of lading, this module is fully integrated with Order Entry, Billing and Production Planning. The system maintains bonded and taxpaid premises as well as bottle-date lots, aging, and quality control criteria. Optionally, state stamps and code labels are supported as attributes of inventory (eg. shipments to Pennsylvania must have PA code labels applied). All reports and inquiries can be viewed in any unit of measure: pallets, tiers, cases, bottles, gallons, liters, proof-gallons, weight, etc.

The product master file incorporates user defined units of measure for multiple units of measure such as 1 bottle, 12 bottle case, 15 bottle case, layer, pallet, gallon, liter, proof-gallons, 9-liter equivalents, bonus pallets, etc. Vintage year, alcohol content, tax class, liters, and appellation are also included.

NABCA, UPC, and STATE product codes are supported and printed on all appropriate documents (eg. Bills of Lading, Invoices, etc.).
