WebServer, Internet, E-Mail, FAX

Our Fax integration functionality automatically faxes order confirmations to customers, salesmen, and other appropriate contacts. Invoices and statements can be faxed automatically as well as quick notes. Our web integration solution allows your salesforce instant access to information in real time. The tool allows users to review and revise allocations, view orders, enter orders, review sales history, and check inventory remotely via the web. Secured connections including Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) and certificates are available with the iSeries. Inbound e-mail resides on the iSeries POP3 server while outbound e-mail can contain reports from your server.

Order Entry and Billing

The Order Entry and Billing application was developed specifically for the needs of the wine industry. It provides immediate on-line entry and inquiry to open and shipped orders. This application is fully integrated with our system. Our system integrates gallons, liters, alcohol content, tax class, color, appellation, etc., directly into the database. Orders can be entered using your product code or state product code for those states that send PO’s with their own coding. Distributors, Liquor Control Boards, internal customers (eg. Salesforce), etc., can be easily included.

Pricing features include the ability to integrate price, SPA, tax, miscellaneous charges, and other relevant components. Pricing can be broken down by customer, product, and unit of measure. Most customers generally price by vintage and customer group or market. Multiple price effective dates are supported to allow past, present, and future pricing.

Benefits of our system include:

  • Automatic generation of required invoices by state both daily and at month end to meet state reporting requirements.
  • The ability to handle products with multiple tax classes (eg. gift pack of sparkling, still, and non-wine) for tax purposes.
